We are thinking of using Imperial Organic Yeast's G01 Stefon yeast to do some german wheat beers this late Spring. Problem is, I've never used it before. I was wondering if anyone in the COHO community had any experience? Imperial gave me to sample cans but they are way too small for my purposes and I don't exactly have time to do any homebrewing at the moment. If anyone you know wants them have them contact m...e. Cheers,
