August 2nd is Home Fermentation Day, a day for celebrating all forms of fermentation including the original fermented beverage, mead! Ben will be "brewing" his world famous Rhuberry Strawbarb mead with farm fresh produce. Start time is 1pm at Heather and Ben's house.
Bring some drinks and snacks to share, and a chair to chill in while Ben works hard over a hot pot for about an hour. He may make some additional meads if time and interest permits. Bring your questions and eager minds, and see the magic unfold!
